Game Design and Research Lead: Lead the design and research of immersive, policy-driven workshops that engage decision-makers in AI governance through role-play, dynamic mechanics, and strategic foresight. Apply here!
Partnerships & Client Management: Build relationships and help grow our network.
Management Operations: Support strategic leadership in achieving organisational goals by optimising services, workflows, and organisational capacity.
Game Operations (accounting and reporting): You'll help keep track of our financials and support reporting to help drive decision-making.
Game facilitation: Be at the center of the action! Help facilitate and manage our training workshops that let present and future decision-makers experience the tensions and risks that can emerge in the environment of AI development.
Impact research: Help us organise, validate, and enhance insights from our hosted workshops to refine our methodology and deliver actionable findings for the AI governance community.
Scenario research and game design: Work on creating and designing engaging scenarios that challenge participants in our games.
Social media content production: Develop engaging content that shares our mission and amplifies our voice across platforms.
For operations and general support roles, we are prioritising expressions of interest that can contribute a minimum of 5 hours per week. Facilitator roles are more flexible, with time commitments varying based on our pipeline and facilitator availability.
